Pacesetter’s modified Orbit RSS breaks records in the Pembina field
Using Pacesetter’s combined technologies of XPACE EM MWD and our modified PowerDrive Orbit RSS, one Operator drilled 3 record wells in the Pembina field. The vertical and build sections on the final 2 wells were drilled while continuing on into the lateral reaching TD in one run.
The fastest of the 3 wells was completed in only 4 days from spud to TD.
